Meet Apricot – Olympic Zoomer, Bag Invader & Certified Chaos Goblin (With a Heart of Gold) Let’s start with the story behind this fruity little legend: The Fruitlets were just two weeks old — tiny, squeaky, wobbly beans — when they and their sweet mama came into foster care. Since then, they’ve been raised in a home full of love, snuggles, and toys (both real and invented). With humans and cat friends around from the very beginning, they grew up to be super friendly, confident, and socialized to purr-fection. Now meet Apricot, the biggest, boldest, and most chaotic peach in the basket. From the very start, Apricot has had main character energy. He was the first to explore, the first to climb, and probably the first to break something (in the most adorable way possible). He’s a high-octane cuddle monster with full-blown orange cat energy™ — which means everything is a game, everything is a challenge, and everything is a toy. Got a purse? He’s inside it. Carrying a tote bag? Too late — he lives there now. Dropped a tissue? That’s his now. He’s the kind of kitten who could turn a paper towel roll into a full-blown Olympic event — and still have the energy to climb your shoulder like a mini mountain goat. Apricot is basically a one-cat Kitten Olympics team: * Speed? Blazing. * Agility? Off the charts. * Endurance? Endless. * Medal count? All gold. (He’ll accept his award in the form of Churu, thank you very much.) But don’t let the chaos fool you — he’s also an affectionate, loving boy who adores his siblings and his humans. He’s equal parts tornado and teddy bear, climbing into your lap after a zoom session, purring like a little motor, and flopping dramatically like, “What? I’ve been calm this whole time.” Check out more photos and videos of Apricot: Apricot Photo Album Because Apricot is a kitten, she must be adopted with one of her siblings (The Fruitlets), foster friends or into a home with another young cat. Here is some information about why we have this policy: Two kittens are better than one Apricot is estimated to be about 2.5 months old as of July 2025. He is fully vetted: neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, defleaed. He tested negative for FeLV, FIV, and heartworms. Interested in learning more about Apricot?
