My story

Hi there! Let me tell you my story! Once upon a time, I woke up in a strange place with no familiar smells, no pack, and no clue how I got there, I was at this place call animal control. I will admit, it was a little scary there. But I didn’t let that bother me—not for long, anyway. I am Rabbit. Yup, you heard that right. Rabbit the dog. Weird name? Maybe. Unforgettable? Definitely. I am about two and a half months old, give or take a nap or two, weighing in at a sturdy 15 pounds of pure puppy energy right now, but still growing. Some humans say I might be part black Labrador, and part German Shepherd—I am not too sure myself, but I am 100% lovable. No one knows where I came from. I don’t even know where I came from. I was a stray, and while my origin story’s a bit fuzzy, I’m way more focused on the next chapter. One with toys. Water bowls. Belly rubs. And you. I am the kind of pup who turns water play into a sport and toys into tiny adventures. I love other dogs—honestly, I would throw a bark party for every single one of them if I could. And people? Don’t get me started. If you have got a face, I want to kiss it. If you have got hands, I would love some ear scratches. And if you’ve got treats… we might just be soulmates. I will admit it—I am still learning. Potty training? Haven’t mastered it yet. Leash walking? Also pending. But hey, I am smart and curios, and I promise you I will learn fast (especially if snacks are involved). Oh, and I’m teething! So, if you don’t have chew toys, I might improvise. Your flip-flops have been warned. I have been neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped now. So, wherever life takes me next, I won’t be lost again. Got cats? I do not mind! I am young enough to learn the art of feline diplomacy. I am not just looking for a house—I am looking for a heart. A best friend. A warm lap after a long day of zoomies.
