My story

Looking for a cat with personality, charm, and the softest fur you’ve ever felt? Gelato is your girl! This gorgeous, quirky sweetheart has come a long way – from shy and cautious to an affectionate companion who lights up when you walk into the room. Gelato will always get up to greet you! Gelato LOVES attention and will happily snuggle up. However, she is also a high energy cat who would do well in a home with another playful cat or a playful dog. (She could also be adopted together with her another cat like Avocado – who came from the same colony as Gelato!). Gelato REALLY likes to be active during the day – at least for some of the day!. Gelato is currently fostered with a very large and gentle dog, and also with children. She is still learning to be totally comfortable with the dog – but is making great progress! Gelato is spayed, vaccinated (FVRCP and Rabies), microchipped, treated for fleas and parasites, and tested for FIV / FeLV (negative). If you’re searching for a cat with character, charm, and a big heart, Gelato might just be your perfect match.
