My story

Say hi to Willow, a young, female mixed breed who was recently transferred to PK from a high-intake shelter in the region. She originally arrived as a stray. Although we are unsure of her breed composition, we think Willow might be a German Shepherd, Cattle Dog, and perhaps terrier mix. Her age is currently TBD but we’ll update once she visits our vet. She weighs 38 lbs. Willow is a scaredy-cat at the shelter! She’s unsure of what to make of new people but doesn’t show aggression. You can tell that she really wants to be your friend, she just doesn’t fully trust new people. She’ll need a home that gives her time and space to acclimate, but we are confident she’ll warm up to be an affectionate family member.
