My story

Dawn was transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Louisiana. She is a magnificently floofy lady with a sweet yet regal nature. Dawn is friendly and likes attention from humans, although like many female cats, she prefers attention on her terms. Her adorable big kitten eyes will lure you in, but your desire to win Dawn's seal of approval will keep you coming back for more Dawn time. Dawn is grumbly when she sees other cats, so we think she'd prefer to be the only feline in your household. Someone with a surplus of time, patience, & experience might be able to integrate her with another cat or two, but it will likely take a lot effort. Dawn will settle in much easier if she's the only feline in your home! She was neglected by her previous owner, but we know that someone in New England will treat her like the queen she is! If you'd like to meet Dawn and all her friends at the New Hampshire SPCA, please visit our Adoption Center during our open hours: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every day except Wednesdays (closed).
