My story

What's faster than a speeding bullet, smarter than your average canine, and can likely leap as high as a skyscraper??...why, it's ME, BEAU!I'm your "jock" with brains for days. Kinda like a superhero if you ask me. Yep, that's right, I've been told I'm pretty brilliant, athletic, and my ear game is ON POINT! I'm a rambunctious, excitable 11-month-old puppy who would really benefit from a home that is active, full of enrichment, and has plenty of opportunities for an energy outlet. Because I'm still very young, an adolescent, and still learning where my body starts and stops; I'd really prefer a home without young/small children. Their wild energy gets me a bit too jazzed up. Although I love being a "high octane" kinda guy, I thrive with structure and routine. I'd love to live in a home that is into training too. I may have just the perfect components to make an incredible sporting dog! Agility? sure. Dockdiving? You bet. Nosework? I'll find whatever you want. I don't want my brilliant brain to go to waste and prefer a life where my humans lean into my strengths and want to learn alongside me. Although I haven't lived with other dogs yet, I certainly played with them at the shelter I originally came from. But I'm a teenager now, and sometimes us dogs, our feelings may change toward play as we get older. So slow introductions with potential resident canines is best. So, if you're a "Batman" looking for their "Robin" I may just be the best friend you need by your side.
