My story

Meet Buzz! Breed: Chihuahua x Dachshund MixGender: MaleAge: 4-5 years oldSize: Small ([WEIGHT])Good with: Select dogs (prefers females), people ready for his big personality Buzz is a small dog with a BIG personality! This Chihuahua x Dachshund mix has opinions, confidence, and just enough sass to keep life interesting. He gets along well with select dogs, but let's be honest—Buzz can be a little bossy sometimes. He's got that "small dog, large presence" energy and he's not afraid to let everyone know he's in charge. That said, Buzz does better with female dogs who won't challenge his authority, and his absolute bestie is Woody—an EXTREMELY passive pup who lets Buzz think he runs the show. It's the perfect dynamic: Buzz gets to be the boss, and Woody gets a loyal sidekick. They're basically a buddy cop movie waiting to happen. Despite his bossy tendencies with other dogs, Buzz is affectionate and playful with his people. He's ready to give love, receive love, and maybe organize your household while he's at it. He's the kind of dog who will supervise everything you do and then demand cuddles as payment for his managerial services. Buzz needs a home that appreciates his confident personality, can manage his selective dog friendships (or adopt him with his buddy Woody for the ultimate package deal), and doesn't mind a small dog who thinks he's actually a medium-sized dog. If you're ready for a tiny boss with a huge heart, Buzz is your guy! Ready to welcome Buzz into your life? Contact us to meet this wonderful boy! Disclaimer: The information in this profile reflects observations made while this dog has been in our shelter environment. We strive to describe each dog as accurately as possible; however, behavior and needs may change once the dog is in a new home, routine, or environment. Our dogs are not freeroaming in homes. When we note that a dog is "potty trained," this refers to reliable crate training, not confirmed freeroam house training. Accidents may occur during the transition to a new home, and additional training should be expected. All dogs are examined by our veterinarian, are spayed or neutered if old enough, and are up to date on ageappropriate vaccinations at the time of adoption. We share all known medical information, but we cannot guarantee future health or rule out underlying conditions. ALL adoptions require a completed application, vet check, and final contract. The application to adopt can be found at www.happyfacespetranch.org Once your application has been approved, a representative will be in touch to set up a meet and greet. We select the best applicant for each dog based on the dog's individual needs. ##2464053##

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Buzz, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
