Sneakers

My story

Sneakers is an 8.5-year-old Beagle mix, who came into foster care after her owner passed. She is an affectionate lovebug brimming with personality. Sneakers is a regular at our local dog park, and although she enjoys canine play time she’s really there for the humans. She’s smart, food-motivated, and a good learner (with a little stubbornness to balance it all out). She would do very well with another dog (preferably mild-mannered companions or a cat). Sneakers likes walks, trips to the dog park, and rolling in the grass. She sleeps well, as evidenced by her old man snores. Sneakers has made incredible progress health-wise with us over the last few months and would benefit from a new owner who can help her maintain her health. Sneakers does require special food as she had a kidney stone removed and we would hate to have her get another! She also has nasal allergies and has to be on a steroid periodically.
