My story

Hi there, I’m TT — short for Tripod Ted, though my official name is Grant. I got my nickname early on when my foster mom and I were getting to know each other, and it just stuck! I respond to TT like it’s been my name all along.Life hasn’t always been kind to me. I lost a leg after being shot, but don’t feel sorry for me — I’ve got strength and spirit to spare. I do all the things a regular cat does, just with a little extra style and a lot more heart. And hey, fewer legs means fewer scratches on your furniture, right?I’m a true cuddler and a total flirt. My signature move? Head bumps straight to your chin like a boss. I’m affectionate, talkative, and I love kisses right on my nose. I’ve got adorable freckles and the kind of soulful eyes that make you feel seen.I’m super chill with dogs (especially the lady pups!) and not into feline roommates — I prefer to be the one and only king of your castle. I do best with a raised food dish (balance is everything when you’re rocking the tripod life), and I really appreciate a clean litter box. Sometimes I need a little paw wipe, but I try hard to stay neat and tidy.Looking for a best friend who’s been through it, come out stronger, and is full of love to give? That’s me. TT. Your guy.My adoption fee of $25 includes up-to-date vaccinations, dewormer, and heartworm/flea prevention. Plus, a microchip that is already registered to you! What more could you ask for?If you`d like to meet me, please fill out an application on our website, PawmettoLifeline.org. Adoptions are by appointment Tuesday through Thursday, Friday and Saturday are walk in from 10-5. Please fill out the online application, and you will be contacted if you are approved and are a good fit for one of our adoptable pets.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Grant, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
