Hi, I’m Dobby! I’m a soft, sensitive soul with a sweet nature and the most fabulous long-haired coat. I ended up in rescue through no fault of my own or my previous owner’s—they loved me very much and took wonderful care of me. I miss them, but I’m settling in and learning that love can come in new forms, too. I’m a gentle, well-mannered kitty who enjoys the quieter things in life: a cozy cat tree, a soft little hideaway, and a dish of tasty canned food (seriously, I love my canned food!). I’m not one to demand attention, but when you offer it, I’m happy to lean in and accept it with gratitude. I like to keep to myself sometimes, but I’m always nearby, just taking it all in. Most importantly, I come as a bonded pair with my brother, Toby. He’s my constant, my comfort, and my best friend and we truly thrive when we’re side by side. He’s a little braver than I am, and I love having him nearby to show me everything is okay. If you’re looking for a pair of calm, kind-hearted cats who will quietly fill your home with love and companionship, Toby and I would be honored to be your boys. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.  The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota.
