My story

Balder A17639522 lb. neutered male, approx 7 months old-This sweet, adorable pup needs a lot of TLC!-He has massive hair loss and is crusty and scabby all over. Poor baby has to be so uncomfortable, but is on meds and ready to heal! His spirit is still in tact and he’s super loving and affectionate!-He loves snacks, sits and takes them nicely-Curious of toys and will chase them but not playing yet-Loves to be close for pets and kisses-Walks decent on leash-Super good boy!-He’s already handsome but the glow up will be amazing!-Will need some puppy training. Please keep that in mind if you want a puppy. They require time and patience to be the best that they can be! -Seems non reactive to dogs nearby and may do well living with a fur sibling after slow and proper introsUnknown behavior with dogs/cats/kids•Meet all of our adoptable pets on our website friendsofdacc.org/adopt •Please keep in mind that the shelter can be a very stressful environment. •Studies show that a minimum of 3 days decompression drastically lower stress hormones and allow the dog to show more personality after they have settled in. •There is a suggested donation of $100 for our dogs, payable by cash, check or through paypal at the time of the adoption. •To meet them please go to front door and a DACC staff member will assist you with adoption or fostering. **And when coming to meet one of our dogs, please bring all the humans with you, but leave any current dogs at home. Staff will go over how to slowly and properly introduce them after a decompression period.** •The shelter is open 7 days a week from 10:30-5:30 **1431 E Ferry St. Detroit
