My story

They call me the Italian Stallion… or maybe I’m the Couch Cannoli? Either way, nice to meet you—I’m Gino! I’m a 2-year-old American Pit Bull Terrier, weighing in at 56 pounds of pure love and charm. I came in as a stray, and honestly, I can’t believe no one came to claim me—I mean, have you seen this face? I’m not just handsome, I’m also smart. I already know some commands, and I’m always eager to please. Oh, and despite my “medium” size, I’m a certified lap dog. If you’ve got a couch, I’ll be on it. If you’ve got a lap, I’ll be in it. They don’t call me the Couch Cannoli for nothin’. I might even do well with other dogs—just bring your pups by for a meet and greet. We’ll see if they can handle all this Italian charm. I’m on the hunt for my forever family—a home filled with love, cuddles, and maybe some adventures (but mostly cuddles). Could that be you? The shelter is open Tuesday–Friday from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM, and Saturday & Sunday from 1 PM to 4 PM. No appointments needed. Let’s make this love story happen. – Gino 🐾
