Socks

My story

Socks (approximately 37 pounds) and his siblings Martin, KK, & Tubs were transferred to the NHSPCA from an overcrowded shelter in Texas. They were lucky enough to spend time in a foster home, where we learned that the pups have soft hearts and BIG personalities. According to his foster mama, Socks is the protector and alpha of the bunch but is also a big baby. He knows how to sit on command & will do so in exchange for a treat. Socks loves chasing squirrels and annoying Martin. He will sit and patiently waiting for loving from his human friends. Socks loves other dogs as well as children and gains confidence when both species are around. We suspect that Socks will weigh 66-80 pounds when fully grown (he is the largest sibling), but this is not an exact science so please take the estimate with a grain of salt ;) If you'd like to meet Socks and all his friends at the New Hampshire SPCA, please visit our Adoption Center during our open hours: 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. every day except Wednesdays (closed).
