Asher is a 6-month-old Cockapoo pup with a heart as soft as his fluffy coat. Sweet and snuggly, he may start out shy, but once he knows you, he’s all tail wags and happy energy. He’s especially fond of kids and delights in their playful spirit! What Asher Brings to Your Life: - Fantastic with dogs and eager to play with them and even the cats (though the cats might not return the enthusiasm ?) - Kid-friendly! He adores the energy and affection of children - A fetch fanatic — toss a ball and he’ll be your loyal retriever - Working on being house-trained, still learning, so frequent potty breaks and supervision help - A grooming champ — he handles salon time like a pro every 6 weeks - Thrives in a home where someone’s around more often — he loves companionship and doesn’t enjoy too much alone time Asher’s Dream Home: He’d flourish in a loving household with children and perhaps a playful dog pal. He’s still a puppy at heart, so someone who can be home regularly to guide him and give him attention would be perfect. A home that’s patient with his shy side and excited about his playful nature will see him blossom. We do not ship our dogs and require home visits. Must live in area to adopt, will not respond to out of area/country requests. Additionally we require physically fenced yard for dog/pup to play in safely. Exceptions are sometimes made to this requirement but is up to the foster and more often done for the small breed dogs. All our dogs will be treated with dewormer; heartworm tested (if age appropriate -7 mths or older); treated for fleas/ticks; microchipped; and examined by veterinarian plus given age appropriate vaccinations prior to adoption. We take every effort to ensure the health of the animal and you will receive a copy of all vet work performed at time of adoption. Dogs will be spayed/neutered thru us prior to finalizing any adoption. We provide information on dogs age and breed based on what we are told by person surrendering dog, shelter or vet's or best guess. While we try our best we cannot guarantee that this information is 100% accurate and can often be best guess in case of our lovable mutts.
