My story

How this pet arrived: Naomi was brought in by a community member Why Naomi might be the one for you: There is no doubt that Naomi is a handsome black dog. Black Beauty could be her natural name. She has the softest ears and she likes to have them gently rubbed. But, Naomi can be a handful and will need a dog savvy owner who knows how to use positive training techniques. Naomi does not want to be a problem but she is young and you know how teens are that have not had proper upbringing!!! She is high energy who lets her exuberance get in the way of things. She barks, jumps and acts without thinking. We are working with her on her behaviors and we will show you what works with a dog like Naomi. Does the idea of taking a bratty dog and gently turning them into really nice pet appeal to you? Think how proud both you and Naomi will be as you walk her around the 'hood and your neighbors comment on what a good dog she is. She is smart. If you show her what she needs to do to please you, she will do it. Some formal dog obedience classes will help. If you have the time and experience to take Naomi under your tutelage, the result will make you proud. At SDHS:Naomi has been vaccinated, microchipped, spayed neutered and is now ready for her new home! Primary Color: Black Weight: 53.4375 Age: 1yrs 1mths 1wks

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Naomi, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
