Nephew's story begins with heartbreak — this brave little soul was found after being cruelly tossed from a moving vehicle. Despite his rough start, Nephew has shown nothing but love, resilience, and a whole lot of personality. This sleek black kitten with mesmerizing golden eyes is as beautiful on the inside as he is on the outside. Nephew is extremely talkative and loves to hold full-on conversations — whether he's asking for snuggles, snacks, or just telling you about his day. He’s a world-class cuddler, happiest when curled up in your arms or nuzzled against your chest. And don’t even get him started on food — it’s his second favorite thing (after affection, of course). Nephew is looking for a forever home where he won’t be alone — he’ll need a sibling to play, wrestle, and nap with. He thrives with companionship and would love a household full of love and laughter. If you’re looking for a kitten with a big voice, a bigger heart, and an unbreakable spirit, Nephew might just be your perfect match. Adopt Nephew — because every survivor deserves a soft landing and a bright future. Age and breed are based on veterinarian and intake professional’s recommendation and not guaranteed as a rescue animal’s history is often unknown. All companion animals adopted by The Rescue Crew are spayed/neutered, up-to-date on age appropriate vaccinations, tested for FIV/FeLK (cats) or heartworm (dogs), microchipped, dewormed and provided with monthly flea/tick and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.  The Rescue Crew is a foster based rescue organization, meaning all of our adoptable pets are located in homes throughout Minnesota.
