Step right up and meet Carnival—your personal ticket to joy! Just like her name suggests, this gal brings the party wherever she goes. She`s got fun energy in spades, a heart full of sticky-sweet affection, and enough charm to win every prize on the midway. Carnival is a people-lover through and through, always ready for an outing, a game of tug, or a belly rub bonanza. She’s been a gem on her day trips and is ready to bring all that happy-go-lucky magic into your home. Think of her as your one-dog funhouse: wiggly, wonderful, and waiting for you.All adoptable pets are spayed/neutered (or scheduled), vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to go home today! No pre-application or appointment needed—just bring a valid ID and walk in. Our adoption fees are among the lowest in Cincinnati!To meet our animals, visit our Northside shelters any day from 1–6pm. If listed as foster, email foster@cincycare.org to schedule a meet and greet. Adopting an adult dog with resident dogs or kids at home?
