Looking for a bomb-proof, idiot-proof, drama-free queen to rule your castle? Meet Laya (aka Princess Leia, because her foster parents are nerds). She’s basically the sweet old lady on your block who’s seen it all, done it all, and now just wants to enjoy her snacks and stories in peace. Laya gives zero barks about the chaos of the world—cats? Fine. Kids? Sure, bring 'em. Other dogs? Cool, but she doesn’t need a doggy entourage to live her best life. Her hobbies include: eating twice a day like clockwork, accepting all the pets like it’s her job (because it is), taking long sniffy strolls, and logging a solid 18 hours of snoozing—with bonus snoring and dream-chasing squirrels included. She takes treats like a true lady, knows how to sit, lay down, and shake your hand like a polite Southern grandma, and will supervise all your housework with judgmental—but silent—stares. No need to kennel her, but she’s fine with it if that’s your thing. She doesn’t bark when you leave, and fireworks? Please. No big deal. Laya is an 8-year-old, medium sized dalmatian mutt with a heart of gold and a snout full of wisdom. She’s fixed, microchipped and up-to-date on all her vetting, so no worries there!
