My story

Meet Myer—the mellow mixer of the rum litter who’s smooth, soulful, and secretly a big softie. While he might come off a little shy at first, give this sweet boy a moment to settle in, and you’ll discover a kitten who loves deeply and plays joyfully. Myer is especially fond of belly rubs, and he won’t hesitate to meow softly when he’s ready for some attention—his own charming way of letting you know it’s time to stop what you're doing and give him a cuddle.Myer is happiest when he’s with his sister chasing toys, climbing to the best napping spots, or curling up together in a kitten heap. She gives him the confidence to explore, and he returns the favor with gentle play and endless affection. He’s also quite the climber and loves to survey the world from a high perch (bonus points if it’s near a window). Myer would do best being adopted alongside a sibling or into a home with another young, friendly cat who can continue to show him the ropes and keep him company. He’s the kind of kitty who blossoms with patience, love, and a little playtime magic. Read below for more information.All our cats are fostered in Texas but available for transport out of state. Our cats are transported to a predetermined location agreed upon by the rescue. The adoption contract and fee are finalized prior to transport. As Mutts N Such direct adoption, the adoption interview/meet and greet occurs on video call (Skype, FB Messenger call, Facetime, etc).Our out of state adoption fee is $250 plus transport fee (varies by location). This fee includes age appropriate, vaccinations, registered microchip, testing for FIV and FELV, and a fecal analysis. Cats will be spayed/neutered if over 6 months of age. Cats will also be current on prevention. A health exam will be completed, and a certificate will be issued by a veterinarian within 10 days of departure.Note: MNS reserves the right to deny any application that is deemed unsuitable for the animal. Please be aware that our animal adoptions are NOT on a first come- first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals that fall under our care. ##2436966##
