My story

Meet Star!Star is a sweet 1-year-old female English Setter currently in the shelter`sShy Dog Program. She`s learning to trust and build her confidence whileadjusting to the loud and stressful shelter environment.Despite her initial shyness, Star is friendly, affectionate, and playful.She loves chasing balls and playing with toys - a true playful spirit!Star was surrendered because her previous owners felt she was aggressivewith their other dogs and believed she would do best as an only dog.Her previous family reported that Star is housebroken, crate trained, andhad some training. She didn`t try to escape and got along well with adultsand children. She was also taught to wait patiently before eating.With patience and a calm home where she can be the center of attention, Starwill continue to blossom into a loving companion.
