My story

Sometimes a calming love is the best kind of love. Sometimes it's not about all the bells and whistles or the flashy stuff. Sometimes it's about the loyal ones, the older and wiser ones, the one who can look into your eyes and see right into your soul.Sometimes it's about the Daisy and Normans of the world. Which is why we are so excited, in a calm kind of way, to introduce you to these two phenomenal dogs.Daisy (11-years-old) and Norman (15-years-old) have been together since Norman was five-years-old. About a year ago, a man had his nephew take care of them while he moved out-of-state - and then he never came back for them. The nephew took excellent care of them but could no longer keep hiding them from his landlord. And now it's our honor to find them a wonderful home that will allow them to live out their years in peace. They are both exceptionally healthy, given their age. Norman will be having a dental and a tiny growth removed from his eye lid. Daisy has some minor skin issues that are being taken care of now. But that's it - no heart murmurs - just hearts full of love.Watching Daisy and Norman go about their day, checking in with each other and never straying far from each other, will both break your heart and warm your heart. They are a sweet love that is ready to be shared with you - let them complete your life and bring you a calmness you never knew you needed.Come visit Norman & Daisy and all their friends at Animal Aid Society, 80 Butler Farm Road, Hampton. Open every day between 9am and noon.Interested? Come for a visit any day of the week - 365 days a year between 9am - 12pm. Hope to see you soon!PLEASE NOTE: Animal Aid Society observes a 40 mile adoption radius to facilitate post adoption support and follow ups.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Norman, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
