My story

Appa is a 4 year old big boy at 66 lbs. He has lived in a home and is reportedly house trained. He has lived with a dog and cat before, although he does like to chase small animals. Slow introductions with any animal is always recommended. Appa missed his family when they were gone ad found it stressful. He would love a home where he isn`t left alone all day. He can be a bit shy with new people.Like all our adult dogs, Appa will need to meet future canine companions before going home. Our shelter staff will lead their introductions in a safe environment to see if they are compatible. At the main campus, you can bring your dog along when you come for adoptions if you like. Appa is neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready for a loving forever home!His ADOPTION FEE IS WAIVED! We want all our dogs to have homes as quickly as possible. In an effort to help dogs with longer stays, those who are deteriorating in the shelter environment, or who are harder to place find homes more quickly, the adoption fee for this dog has been waived.
