My story

Say hello to Tasha, a sweet and spunky Miniature Poodle who is ready to find her forever home and be your new best friend! At just 4 ½ years old, Tasha is the perfect blend of playful energy, and cuddle-time charm. She’s currently thriving in her foster home with two other adult dogs, where she’s learning that the world is a safe and loving place. Tasha weighs in at a petite 13 pounds, but her personality is anything but small! She loves sitting in the grass in the backyard, curling up next to you during quiet moments, and showing off her dance moves when she’s excited and sees you. This smart girl is crate trained, house trained, loves a good nap and picks up routines quickly—typical of her intelligent poodle nature. She’s great with other calm dogs and would do well in a home that can offer her gentle guidance, routines, and lots of affection. Tasha has been fully vetted, spayed, and is up to date on all her vaccinations. Now all she needs is someone to love her forever. If you’re looking for a loyal companion with a heart as soft as her curly designer coat, Tasha might be the one for you. Come meet her—she’ll have you at hello! Tasha is currently being fostered in the Cincinnati, OH area. Her adoption fee is $450. To adopt this animal, please visit https://www.louieslegacy.org/adopt All of our animals come spayed or neutered, up to date on age appropriate vaccinations, are microchipped, heartworm negative, current on flea/tick and heartworm prevention, dewormed, and treated for any ailments found upon veterinary examination. The adoption fee covers a portion of these services, and makes it possible for us to continue rescuing animals. We are a foster based rescue and do not have a shelter location where animals can be seen during the week.
