My story

Croissant is at our shelter. Please submit an application from our website or just come in to meet her during open hours! Scroll through her pictures to see her cute video content! Maybe we should change her name to Black and White cookie- except that is a New York City treat, and Croissant is a decidedly southern lady. Croissant and her sister Brioche come to us all the way from Alabama. They are taking this huge life change in stride, and Croissant is even the more outgoing of the two! While both girls are as sweet as can be, when it comes to meeting other dogs Croissant takes charge and makes sure to vet any new friends first, while her sister Brioche prefers to observe at first. Then, once Croissant gives the all clear, both girls will run up to their new dog friend and shower them with muzzle kisses! Croissant is so darling, we know she is going to find a home with a lucky adopter soon. In the meantime, we will continue to work with her on learning how to walk on a leash- one skill these pups from rural America do not often come in knowing! We hope that you will inquire about this beautiful baby today! Croissant's adoption fee is $450. She is spayed, and up to date on core vaccines. She will need a Heartworm test between 6-7 months of age. Since she is a puppy, any adopter should anticipate needing to work on housebreaking and other training using positive reinforcement training.
