Approximate DOB: 3/1/2025 Approximate Weight: 16.2 lbs on 7/15 Meet Lucius! 🐾 Personality In 3 Words: playful, happy, lovable 🐾 Energy Level: I’m an excitable puppy but also love all the snuggles 🐾 What I Love: chew toys and stuffies, any and all treats, playing with other dogs and my humans, laying in a comfy dog bed, life! 🐾 My Ideal Home Would Have: flexible - I do well with other dogs but also love to play with humans; I would do best in a home where I can continue to learn basic commands while receiving lots of love. I am always up for an adventure - whether it’s playing in water, running errands, or hunting for my favorite items around the yard, I’m the guy who will do it all. 🐾 Good With Other Dogs? Yes (tested with other puppies, older dogs and big dogs) 🐾 Good With Cats? Not tested but don’t see any indication of potential issues 🐾 Good With Kids? Yes (only tested with an older child but I have a really great temperament) 🐾 Potty Manners: I go outside and do my business. I’m learning to hold it in the house and to go to the door when I need to go. As long as I have a consistent routine, I do very well. 🐾 Crate Manners: excellent! I keep my crate clean as long as I am taken out for potty breaks. I sometimes whine for a few minutes at bedtime when in the crate but I quiet down and sleep through the night. 🐾 Things I’m Good At: snuggling, playing with other dogs, wagging my tail in pure joy when I see my favorite people, I’m very curious and can find hidden toys 🐾 Things I'm Working On: house training; basic commands; using my puppy teeth for chew toys only 🐾 Health Notes And Diet: Ultimates Chicken 🐾 A Little More About Me: I’m an overall sweet pup with lots of love to give. I have learned from my foster’s pack to be a great dog who plays hard and sleeps hard. I am still learning boundaries with my little puppy teeth but responds well to redirection. I love playing in the yard and with the other dogs but I can also keep myself entertained with chew toys. I have the most beautiful brindle markings on my legs which are hard to see in pictures. As a puppy, I am required to go to training within 90 days of my adoption with a certified trainer.
