Lia

My story

Little Lia is a lovely little lady! She was surrendered to our partner rescue on the island in 2024 by an elderly man who could no longer care for her. She is friendly with all people and is quite the little diva. She walks good on a leash but has leash reactivity towards other dogs, we have done some training with her and she walks great with another dog along her side and just wants to go play with the other dogs she sees on a walk... her wonderful fosters are working with her on that and would need someone to continue that training. We feel she would love to have another little dog or kids in the home to play with and/or have a fenced in yard where she can run and play... She is housebroken and loves to snuggle up to her person. She enjoys coffee time in the mornings with her foster mom and loves to chase squirrels in the backyard! She also enjoys playing with her toys and will play fetch as well... She really is a little gem and just needs someone to give her chance and work with her!
