🐾 Meet Big Mama! 🐾 Age: Under 9 months Weight: ~40 lbs Health: Heartworm negative Status: Available for adoption Big Mama is a sweet, growing pup with a mellow soul and a playful side. At under 9 months old, she’s still figuring out the world—but with the right people, she’s ready to blossom into the perfect companion. 🎾 Fetch Queen in Training Big Mama loves a good game of fetch! Whether it's a toy or a ball, she’ll bring it back and drop it right at your feet, ready to go again. After a play session, she’s all about curling up on the couch to relax and soak up the snuggles. 🚶 Work-in-Progress Walker Walks aren’t her favorite just yet. She tends to trail behind and may pause often, especially when the world feels a bit scary. She does better walking alongside a confident dog buddy, but she'll need some time and patience to build up her confidence outdoors. 🐶 Dog-Friendly & Chill Big Mama is dog-friendly but doesn’t always initiate play. She’s calm and neutral around other pups, making her a great companion for another laid-back dog or as a solo pet. 🏠 Home Habits & Training She’s doing great with potty training and is learning to go off-leash in a fenced yard. She has occasional accidents overnight in her crate but otherwise keeps a consistent schedule, going out every 3–4 hours during the day. Crate training is going well—she may whine briefly when settling in or waking up, but she responds well to gentle correction and settles quickly. 💖 What She Needs Big Mama will thrive in a patient, loving home that can continue helping her grow in confidence. A quiet environment, routine potty breaks, and maybe a dog sibling to show her the ropes would be ideal. She’s still young and has so much love to give—she just needs someone to believe in her.
