My story

At just over 16-pounds, Darkari is our big, sweet, shy, professional biscuit-maker who makes our hearts melt. And his best friend, Storm, is almost 15-pounds and he also makes the best kitty biscuits. As you can see from their picture, both of the boys are scared and are adjusting currently. Sadly, they have been overgrooming and have licked off much of their fur. They are living in the gazebo in the main adoption room and are improving daily! They are the NICEST boys ever. Once you sit with them for a minute or two, they nudge your hand for love and then the biscuits start to be made. Slow pets at first and then they are off to the races with paw-kneading and rolling around and continuing to ask for back rubs. The boys love cushy kitty beds and they love to burrow into fluffy blankets. They will headbutt your hand and will nuzzle close for snuggles. They're not super interested in toys as much as they are interested in being betted and receiving chin rubs. Since they can be reserved, we think that a quiet household would make them happiest. They are open to living with other very nice and welcoming feline friends. Darkarki is about seven years old and is neutered and Storm is about five years old and is also neutered. Please allow a couple extra minutes for them to get to know you and they will be the best extra time you have ever spent.

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Storm, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
