Meet Kiddty ACCT-A-225490! Kiddty is a 6-year-old female who came in as an owner surrender on 7/11 due to the owner moving. Medical Notes: Per an exam on 8/4: “Flagged for continuing URI signs on cat walkthrough. Finished Doxycycline treatment on 7/31.” Kiddty was started on azithromycin. On 7/22: Kiddty was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. Per an exam on 7/14: “PT presented to intake as 6yr FI dsh OS , pt was BAR upon exam but did have distended belly , no injuries noticed upon exam overall WNL” Behavior Notes: Per staff 8/5: “Very Sweet!! She allowed all pets and headbutted my hand.
