My story

Slow down, Sally!Just like Mustang Sally, our Sally has run all over town, but now has her feet flat on the ground at EHS after a municipal shelter found her as a stray. ABOUT SALLY- In foster- Sally is a beautiful young calico with striking markings and a big personality to match.- Friendly, loving, quirky, loyal, confident, and affectionate (with a side of sass)—Sally is not shy about asking for love and attention.- Sally loves being petted and brushed, especially by someone who understands when she`s had enough. Her favourite types of affection are “butt taps” and belly rubs.- She will happily climb onto your lap when she’s in the mood for some quality snuggle time. She loves cuddles, and she licks hands as a sign of affection. At night, she sleeps against her foster’s legs.- Energetic and playful, Sally enjoys interactive play, especially with wand toys and a laser pointer. She also can’t resist catnip toys.- This girl is very vocal—her quirky meow sounds more like a chirping bird than a cat, and she’s not afraid to use her voice to get your attention!- Sally is spayed, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and up to date on core vaccinations.SALLY’S IDEAL HOME- This beauty would thrive in a home where her boundaries are respected, and her affectionate and spirited nature is appreciated.- She would flourish in a mature family environment; she enjoys attention from multiple people, and can experience separation anxiety when she isn’t with her humans. - She would not do well around young children and should be the only cat in the household.- Her foster describes her as the “perfect cat” for an attentive, affectionate adopter who enjoys giving love and engaging in play.Sally is a one-of-a-kind calico who will reward the right person with lots of love, laughter, and chirpy conversations. If you think you’re the right match for her, fill out an adoption application today! If you have any questions about Sally or the adoption process, please contact cats@etobicokehumanesociety.com

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Sally, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
