My story

Meet our lovely little Cookie! Currently residing as our office cat, Cookie came to us via an emergency hospital that had reached out when she was brought in by her former owners. Unfortunately they had been allowing her outdoors and she had come home with some very significant and infected wounds on her lower back and rear. The wounds were closed and drains were placed, and once her medical team felt as though she was ready for discharge, she went right into one of our experienced foster homes to continue on her healing journey. From the very beginning to now, Cookie's experience never dulled her spirits. She is very affectionate, absolutely loves to play and is never one to turn down a treat. Her absolute favorite toys are cat springs, and she'll let you know it's time for a game of fetch when she drops her toy at your feet! She's been a little intimidated by other cats, but with lots of slow introductions she's becoming gradually more comfortable and even has a couple of feline friends she loves to have playdates with! Cookie has also been very interested in the few dogs that she's met. She'd make an amazing, fun-filled addition to any home! Primary Color: Black Secondary Color: White Age: 0yrs 11mths 2wks
