My story

COMING SOON! This little guy is August (Nicknamed Augie), a sweet, spunky, and seriously smart Pom-Chi mix who came into rescue after an unplanned puppy situation in rural Virginia. (Because when mom’s not spayed… well, you know how that story goes!) Augie is about 12 weeks old and tips the scales at a mighty 3.75 lbs. He’s full of curiosity, energy, and best of all, he’s a world champion snuggler! Pick him up and he’ll nestle right under your neck like it’s his favorite place on earth. Like any puppy, Augie’s still learning the ropes: he’s working on puppy pad training (he usually makes it!) and crate training, but his tiny bladder isn’t quite ready for long stretches just yet. Patience, grace, and some cleaning supplies are all part of the puppy package! Augie is pure love in a tiny, wiggly body and will make a wonderful companion for the right person or family.
