My story

Meet Hopper – a gentle, resilient soul with a quiet strength. Coming from a background of neglect, Hopper is slowly learning that love and kindness can be trusted. She’s shy and slow to warm, but with patience and a calm, consistent presence, she begins to show her sweet nature.Hopper is food motivated, which helps her build positive connections, and she’s both dog and cat friendly. She would do best in a quiet home with patient humans who can give her the time and space she needs to blossom. If you have a calm heart and a peaceful home, Hopper might be the one who’s been waiting just for you.Big Paws of the Ozarks is a foster-based dog rescue in Northwest Arkansas.
