My story

Thor is bringing the thunder!Travelling from Asgard with his hammer and big heart comes Thor! This sweet boy is looking for an experienced cat owner that can help him protect the world. ABOUT THOR:-In foster -Thor arrived to EHS after being transferred from another local shelter.-Thor can be reactive at times, and may swat or bite if he becomes overstimulated, but this is being managed by his foster parents as we learn his triggers to best manage these behaviours in the future. -Thor can be timid when he first meets people, but he loves attention and will let you know when he is ready for some love!-He works hard during the day to protect the human world, so at night he likes to relax with some playtime. He loves to play with wand toys. -Thor is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, flea-treated, SNAP-tested for FIV/FeLV, and is up to date on core vaccinations.THOR’S IDEAL HOME:-Thor would do best in a home with experienced cat owners who can read cat body language and signs of overstimulation. -Thor must be the only cat in the house and no young children. -Thor loves the view from up top! He would do best in an apartment or condo where he cannot see other cats to prevent any reactive responses. - EHS will offer a short foster-to-adopt period before finalizing the adoption to assist Thor with successfully transitioning into a forever home. During this time, our skilled volunteers will offer support to the potential adopters as they get to know Thor and help ensure everyone settles in comfortably together.Looking for a god to rule your house? Apply to adopt Thor today! If you have any questions about Thor or the adoption process, please contact cats@etobicokehumanesociety.com

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Thor, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
