My story

******House Fire Survivor****** ADOPTION FEE HAS BEEN SPONSORED BY ANONYMOUS DONOR (Must have a approved application) Doja's foster family, who are currently in temporary housing due to a house fire, are seeking help to find her a permanent home. Despite their challenges, they continue to foster Doja and care for three dogs, including Fetty, a senior deaf and blind bully they adopted last year. When Doja was rescued, she was severely underweight. Her foster family loves her, but it's time for her to find her own home Doja Dog originally hails from Delaware. Much like others, she’s had a ruff start at no fault of her own. Doja is a result of irresponsible breeding, and unfortunately fell into hands of someone attempting to breed her at only 2 months old with 2 large dogs. When she arrived to foster in late February she was skin and bone (19.5lbs). She’s now a happy, healthy, puppy weighing in at 30.6lbs. She’s currently UTD on all shots and will be spayed in order to be adopted. Doja Dog Today: 12 months old Boxer Mix Housebroken to use puppy pads while potty training Actively learning crate training Working on her tricks & manners Mid-high energy (she’s learning how to puppy) Will thrive in a home with children & other similar sized dogs Timid with new people Excited to explore new places, environments Favorite toys: wishbone hard chewer, squeaky teddy bear, whatever her foster brothers have - loves ropes but must be supervised Loves a good lukewarm shower and she will enter yours if given the opportunity Adores her people Will fall asleep in the car House fire survivor/very well-behaved hotel guest

If you have any questions or would like to adopt DOJA HOUSE FIRE SURVIVOR, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
