The shelter environment has been tough on Costello, as it can be for many sensitive souls. He’s not his full self here, and we know that once he’s in a calm, loving home, his personality will continue to blossom. A quieter home would be the best fit for him—somewhere peaceful where he can settle in at his own pace, and where someone kind will give him the patience he deserves. Costello doesn’t want to spend another day in a kennel when he could be curled up beside you, feeling safe and loved. He’s ready to start his new life, and he’s hoping it’ll be with you.
