My story
Carmela is the sweetest momma who had a bunch of kittens as she came in! Carmela and he babies were dropped off at Chicago Animal Care and Control when her babies were just a couple of days old. She is now doing fantastic, and her babies are growing up. With her babies growing up, she is ready for some time just for herself! Carmela is currently staying at our Heartland Facility! We are open Thursday 4pm-7pm, Friday 4pm-7pm, Saturday Noon-6pm and Sunday Noon-6pm. Feel free to stop by to meet them! No appointment necessary. Carmela is up-to-date on FVRCP and rabies vaccinations and FIV/FeLV negative. Carmela has not been spayed yet but it is important to us that all of our animals are fixed and so we ask that you put down a $100 refundable deposit while we schedule a time to spay this sweetie. We will schedule, transport and ensure she is spayed and then refund you your deposit once completed.
