Just like his namesake, the iconic character from NCIS, this little guy is a force to be reckoned with – but in the cuddliest, goofiest way possible! Gibbs is a handsome mixed-breed puppy with a truly captivating feature: soulful, piercing blue eyes that will melt your heart in an instant. Gibbs is also a champion snuggler. He loves nothing more than to curl up in your lap, offering endless puppy kisses and warm cuddles. I am looking for a foster home
