My story

Meet Agnes, a sweet, slightly shy senior who is ready to get back into a home. Preferably one with a comfy place to snooze and some yummy treats. Agnes` owner recently passed away, and there wasn`t anyone else able to take her in. This special gal is used to being part of her person`s life, and we hope she finds her new person(s) soon - a kennel is not a place for a 13 year old dog to be comfortable. Agnes has been wary of the other dogs in play groups so far. Like all our adult dogs, Agnes will need to meet future canine companions before going home. Our shelter staff will lead their introductions in a safe environment to see if they are compatible. At the main campus, you can bring your dog along when you come for adoptions if you like. Agnes is spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, and ready for a loving forever home!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Agnes, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
