Meet Philip, affectionately known as "Phil," a charming grey tabby who was rescued alongside his mother and siblings from a construction site by IAR. This sweet and cuddly kitten is known for his boundless affection, often choosing loving pets over tasty treats! Phil adores climbing onto his foster caregiver, showering them with heartwarming purrs, gentle kisses, and delightful nose boops. He dreams of being adopted alongside his beloved twin sister, Lillian ("Lil"), or one of his playful brothers. Phil is ready to fill your home with love and joy!
