My story

Have you ever met a magical dog—one with a calm spirit and a gentle heart? Meet Erza, one of the mellowest huskies you’ll ever find. Quiet, sweet, and deeply affectionate, Erza loves to curl up at your feet and soak in your company. Though shy at first, once she warms up, she’s all love. Her days are filled with peaceful walks (2–3 a day), balcony lounging, park play, and quiet bonding time at home. (And the occasional zoomies, of course.) Erza, 55 pounds, is a dream in the car and makes a perfect trail or forest adventure buddy. She’s also happy entertaining herself, and her foster mom says she’s the most gentle dog she’s ever met. She’s leash-savvy, has great recall, and matches your pace with ease. Erza is dog-friendly, polite to every pup she meets, and fully house- and crate-trained. She can be left alone during the day and is unusually quiet for a husky—not a barker at all! This magical girl is thriving in her foster home and gaining more confidence every day.
