My story

I’m Sassy by name, and a sweet, snuggly girl by nature! I’m a 10-month-old Boston Terrier with a playful heart, a gentle soul, and a whole lot of love to give. At 31 pounds, I’m the perfect size for adventures and lap cuddles—because I love both! I’m still a puppy, so I’ve got plenty of energy and curiosity. I love toys, walks, car rides, and following my people around the house like your very own shadow. I’m learning so much every day, especially from the other dogs in my foster home. They’re helping me with my manners, and I’m picking things up quickly! I’m house trained (thanks to the doggy door!), crate trained, and leash trained too. I sleep soundly in my crate at night and always wake up ready to play and explore. I’m great with other dogs and gentle with kids—I just love everyone I meet and always try to make them smile. I do get a little anxious when I’m left alone, so I’d really love a home with a doggy friend and a patient family who understands I’m still learning. I’m a total people pleaser and happiest when I’m close to my humans, whether we’re out on an adventure or curled up on the couch. If you’re looking for a loyal, loving, playful girl who will be your biggest fan and best cuddle buddy, I think we might be meant for each other. This will allow you to get on our list of approved homes so you can immediately adopt a Boston Terrier when it becomes available through Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas. We are always looking for good foster homes. These homes allow us to rescue more Boston Terriers in need because we have a place for them to go until they are adopted. Please consider becoming a foster home for Boston Terrier Rescue of North Texas. You can fill out a foster application at www.texasbostons.com. Click on the Rescue tab and then on the Foster Program tab. Here you will find our requirements for becoming a foster parent along with a link for an online foster application.
