My story

Zola just returned to the shelter after being in foster care for almost two months while undergoing treatment for Demodex mites. Her foster family described her as being an absolute joy to be around — loving, playful, and eager to please. She bonds quickly with her people and is incredibly smart. She’s already mastered fetch, is fully house-trained (as long as she’s on a schedule), and sleeps quietly through the night in her pen. While she walks nicely on a leash, Zola is still getting used to the big, noisy world outside and can be a bit nervous on walks. With patience and confidence-building, she’ll blossom even more.All adoptions are handled on a first-come, first-served basis at our Adoption Center, located at 1348 Parker Drive. No appointment is needed to meet your future furry friend! Hours: Sunday–Thursday 11 a.m.–5 p.m., Friday 11 a.m.–7 p.m., and Saturday 11 a.m.–6 p.m.
