My story

Cricket is a beautiful, petite, part-Siamese, 3-year-old kitty looking for her forever home. She’s a huge purr machine who loves scratches, belly rubs, and gazing lovingly into your face with her pretty blue eyes. When she’s especially happy, she even snort-purrs! This girl can be shy when meeting new people and will prefer slow introductions, but once she is comfortable with you, she’s a cuddle bug! She enjoys sitting on laps, sitting next to laps, or sometimes sitting just a few feet away observing the world. She’s on the lower energy side, but she will wrestle with kittens and play with wand toys. She is extremely gentle with her paws, even when playing or when annoyed. She’s great with older and calm kids but will hide from loud children. She’s also a diligent rule follower, so if you are looking for a cat that you can keep off your counters, Cricket is your girl! We think she’d love to have a kitty friend, especially a sweet cat that she could snuggle and wrestle with. She’s untested with dogs. She is still learning that she can expect food every day, so she has a tendency to gulp her food and overeat. But she does really well when she’s fed in a separate area where she doesn’t have to worry about another cat stealing her food. If you are looking for a sweet, super soft forever friend, come and meet Cricket!

If you have any questions or would like to adopt Cricket, please reach out to the adoption group directly. PetSmart Charities does not facilitate the adoption process. Thank you.
