My story

Meet Stella! A spirited four-year-old Mixed Breed beauty currently living in Rochester, MN, whose essence is a blend of high-energy adventure and heart-melting affection, all wrapped in a cream coat with charming white accents. At about 75 pounds, Stella is a big-hearted girl with a big personality to match! She's the kind of pup who doesn’t play favorites—any toy is her favorite toy, and playtime is always the highlight of her day. Whether it squeaks, bounces, or tugs, Stella’s ready to turn it into a joyful game! She thrives on activity and companionship, making her a wonderful match for someone who loves long walks, outdoor romps, or backyard ball-chasing marathons. Though she hasn’t been through formal obedience classes, Stella knows most basic commands and responds well with consistency and encouragement. She's house-trained, spayed, and microchipped, and has a healthy bill of health—just waiting for a pet parent who can offer her the time, structure, and attention she needs. Like many bright and energetic dogs, Stella does best when her mind and body are both kept busy. Training classes using positive reinforcement would be a fun way to bond and help her continue to blossom. Stella is friendly with other dogs and enjoys canine companionship, but she's not compatible with small children and would thrive in an adult-only home. She’s used to spending the workday on her own, but her true happiness comes from quality time with her people—whether that's snuggles on the couch or play sessions in the yard. Her sensitive side means that big changes, like new people or being left out of the action, can make her anxious, so a consistent routine and patient caregivers will help her feel secure. Loyal, playful, and full of personality, Stella is a loving companion ready for a fresh start with a family who can match her energy and give her the attention she needs.
