BARNABY

My story

This low-riding chunk is Barnaby! He arrived at the shelter as a lost dog on 6/14, and sadly, no one has come to reclaim him. The volunteers describe Barnaby as very friendly and playful. He LOVES toys and will need a family who will spend time playing with him and letting him run in the yard. He also loves treats and will sit nicely for them. Barnaby does get very excited about treats and forgets his manners, so he'll need someone patient and kind to work with him on taking them gently. Barnaby is approximately 5 years old and weighs 49 lbs. He is UTD on vaccines and did test negative for heartworms. He will be neutered and microchipped upon adoption. Please come meet Barnaby in run 80; his ID # is 10960. Note - all the listings on Friends of Shelter Animals for Cobb are done by volunteers. If this cat or dog came in as a lost animal, we do not know how they might be with children, other pets, or if house trained. This pet is available for adoption from Cobb County Animal Services, 1060 Al Bishop Dr. Marietta, GA 30008, (770) 499-4136. Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip.
