My story

Meet Figment, one of the fluffiest boy at HART!This handsome, 3-year-old, Flame Point Himalayan is an affectionate cat who really loves to be around people. Playful and curious, he especially enjoys crinkle tunnels and wand toys. As a kitty who relishes being the center of attention, it must be noted that he is easily jealous of other cats and will stalk them, and thus he really needs to be the only cat in the household.Figment came to HART with a urinary obstruction. Now recovered and over that hurdle, he is on a prescription urinary health diet to help prevent him from re-obstructing. He also takes a once a day medication to help with stress and keep his bladder happy. Due to his condition, our Medical Team will require that Figment’s adopter is an experienced cat guardian who has an established relationship with a veterinarian, the ability to keep him on a urinary health diet and medication, and regularly monitor his health.Since he is not a fan of other cats, Figment currently lives in a local foster home, not at the shelter.
