My story

Adoptable in: MA, RI, NH, CT, and VTGood with dogs: YesGood with cats: Yes, dog savvy catsGood with kids: YesCrate trained: YesHouse Trained: YesPresenting Princess Primrose!Prim is a refined and gentle soul who prefers her days filled with sunshine, soft breezes, and cabbage from the royal garden (yep, you read that right - this pup loves cabbage). Prim is a serene presence, perfectly content to lounge in her castle courtyard (your backyard) while you fix her a plate of ham, her absolute favorite. Though she may appear a bit shy upon your first royal acquaintance, fear not – with patience, a sprinkle of tasty morsels, and an abundance of belly rubs, her heart will be yours faster than you can say “your majesty.” A true duchess of downtime – she’s low energy, well-mannered, and never one to turn down a cuddle session.Primrose reigns with grace in a mixed-species court. She adores other dogs – engaging in play, teasing, and royal romps as if she were hosting the kingdom’s finest ball. Her relationship with feline subjects is dignified; she is curious and considerate, choosing diplomacy over drama. As for noble heirs (children), she’s learning that small humans can be excellent leash-walking companions. With time and kindness, she becomes as loyal as any lady-in-waiting. Prim would thrive in nearly any living situation, as long as there’s an abundance of love.Lady Prim has already mastered the fine art of kennel lounging and understands the value of a regal retreat. She currently spends a couple of hours a day crated with no complaints. She’s a quick learner with a noble heart and will flourish with gentle guidance and consistency. With continued training, love, and maybe even a tiara, she’ll be the crown jewel of your castle. Is your home fit for this petite princess? Lady Primrose is ready to grace your castle with cuddles, charm, and a touch of royal sass. Please Note: All dogs are posted on our website until they are officially adopted. This dog may have other interested adopters in line. If you are interested in adopting, please fill out an application on our website at www.lasthopek9.org.
