My story

LINDY is a stunning tabico with unique and beautiful markings. She is bonded to her brother, BROOKS, who can be seen on his own ad. They are both incredibly sweet-natured, affectionate, and gentle, with a love for playtime and each other. Whether they’re chasing toys, snuggling in a sunbeam, or curling up together for a nap, these two are always side by side. LINDY and BROOKS must be adopted together. Both kittens are already fixed, up to date on vaccines, litter box trained, and have tested negative for FIV/Felv. eDOB 3/27/2025 SCHEDULE A VISIT - Please drop us a note telling us a little about your household, your reasons for looking to adopt, and what you are looking for in a pet. Include your availability and we'll get back to you! OUR EMAIL: - animalsindistressnj@gmail.com APPLICATIONS: - To submit an application directly, go to: animals-in-distress.org/adoptions ADOPTION PROCESS & FEES - You must be 21 years or older to adopt. - There is an application & approval process. - Once approved, the adoption fee is $150 per pet. ADOPTION FEE INCLUDES: - Testing for FeLV & FIV - Vaccinations (FVRCP/Distemper & Rabies) - Spay or neuter of the cat - Microchipping If the animal you are interested in is part of a bonded pair, please only submit an application if you are considering adopting both. Only homes within a driving distance of 45 minutes or less will be considered for kittens under 6 months of age. We reserve the right to deny any application and our adoptions are NOT on a first come - first serve basis. Our sole purpose is to find the best possible home for the animals in our care.
