Rusty

My story

Rusty is a quiet boy who was surrendered when his human went into a nursing home so he is used to a calm, quiet home. He loves belly rubs, windows, wet food, and a good cardboard cat scratcher. He will thank you for wet food with some gentle head butts. His talents include hiding his large body behind small things…he thinks if he can't see you, he's hidden! He has grown up with other cats so would do well with a feline sibling. Rusty will need somebody who gives him time to warm up to affection and would do best starting off in his own room while he gets comfortable with his new home. He’s not aggressive, but just a bit scared at first. He may not come to you right away, but will gladly accept your pets! Your patience will be worth the wait when he is ready to be your best buddy.
